Course Overview:
This course is an in-depth study of the concepts covered in The Four Agreements by Don Miguel Ruiz. Students will learn what an agreement is and how we use agreements in our daily lives. We will explore how those agreements shape our reality and are the force behind how we become stuck in negative patterns of behavior. Once students understand the power of agreements, they will explore various methods for change, growth, and new patterns of behavior.

Week Two: The First Agreement: Be Impeccable With Your Word
Week Three: The Second Agreement: Don’t Take Anything Personally
Week Four: The Third Agreement: Don’t Make Assumptions

Week Six: Change Your Agreements ~ Change Your World!
Each weekly lesson will be presented in our private online forum. Students will have the opportunity to connect with each other to discuss questions, assignments, thoughts, wisdom, and AH-HA moments. Instructors will be available to facilitate the discussion boards, answer questions, and participate in on-going class discussions.
